My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was convenient for my needs, and the rooms were nice and updated. However, there were some service issues that impacted my experience, and the dining options were not as expected.

The location is convenient, giving you the opportunity to reach the center of the action in Vieux Quebec through a majestic ferry entrance, although it is off the highway. The dining experience outsources breakfast to a restaurant connected to the convention center next door, which might feel like a miss, especially for the price paid. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers dry cleaning and laundry services.
